Is it worth it?

Pricing questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. One branch with up to 10 employees is free for as long as you use it, with every feature. You pay only when you add a second branch or more people.
How does the free trial work?
Every new business can use the Business plan free for 30 days — up to 10 branches and 100 employees. No card is needed. Before the trial ends we ask which plan you want; if you choose none, you move to the Free plan and keep your data.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. There is no card to enter for the Free plan or the trial.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice monthly or yearly. Pay by UPI or bank transfer.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added where applicable.
What counts as an employee?
An employee who is active in Preez during the month. Owners and managers who do not mark their own attendance are not counted.
What if I go over the employees in my plan?
Each extra active employee is ₹25 a month, or you can move to the next plan. We will tell you before anything changes on your invoice.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Move up, down or back to Free at any time; changes apply from your next invoice. There is no lock-in on monthly plans.
Why are all features in every plan?
Because verified attendance is not a premium feature. Plans differ only by how many branches and people you have, and how much help you want.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You can export your attendance to Excel or CSV at any time, and ask us to delete your organization’s data. See the Privacy Policy.
Do I need biometric machines or other hardware?
No. Employees use their own Android phones. There are no devices to buy and no setup fees.
